Determine If You Qualify for Deferred Action

Home » Deferred Action


You came to the United States under the age of 16;
You have continuously resided in the United States for at lease five (5) years prior to June 18, 2012;
You are currently in school, graduated from high school, have obtained a GED, or was honorably discharged from the Coast Guard or the armed forces of the United States;
You have not been convicted of a felony offense, a significant misdemeanor, offense, multiple misdemeanor offenses, or otherwise pose a threat to national security; and
You are not over the age of thirty (30).
